• Employees can obtain apartment listings with complete discount details online at www.npep.com or by calling us at 1-877-629-6082 and contact participating communities directly to negotiate their lease.
• Once an employee has signed a new lease at an NPEP participating community they can request to receive their free NPEP Move-In Gift - a Target Gift Card!
