• Their employees can obtain the apartment listings at work, by calling us toll-free or visiting our website www.npep.com.
• Employees contact communities directly and receive our Welcome Gift for signing a new lease at one of our participating communities..
• We track results through email leads, toll-free numbers, guest cards, webpage hits & gift requests.

And that's not all!!!  We attend employee benefit fairs to distribute your community information directly into the hands of interested employees! We will speak directly with employees, distribute gifts bags and our apartment listings to employees looking for a new apartment.
